● Implimented a cart system which reduced load-in and load-out time by 50%. These changes also resulted in reduced cost and expense in union labour time, temporary staff and food catering for all mentioned.
● Initiated a prepackaged sales option for books, DVD's and printed materials that could be sold fast during a short sales break. Resulting system increased sales by an average of 20% enabling workers to serve significantly more people in the same amount of time. Labour cost decreased as less a staff was needed to accomplish more sales. New packaging resulted in less damaged product therefore reducing unnecessary expense.
